01. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 days before your event to guarantee availability, especially during peak summer months. For weddings and larger events, booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance is ideal. We do accommodate last-minute requests when scheduling allows, so contact us even if your event is soon.

Yes. Once the treatment is fully dry, approximately 30 to 60 minutes after application, it is completely safe for food environments, children, pets, and guests. We apply the treatment 24 to 48 hours before your event, giving more than enough time for the product to dry and bind before anyone arrives.

Our professional-grade formula is rain-resistant once fully dry. Normal rainfall after drying will not significantly affect its effectiveness. If heavy rain occurs within the first hour after application, contact us and we will arrange a re-treatment at no extra charge.

We understand event planning can change. Contact us as soon as possible if your date changes and we will reschedule your treatment accordingly, subject to availability. We will always do our best to accommodate date changes for confirmed bookings.

Yes, with the property owner or venue manager’s permission. Many of our event clients book on behalf of a rented venue or outdoor space. We coordinate directly with whoever manages access to the property to ensure the treatment is applied on schedule.
